About Us and Government Briefing's
CFIR continues to meet with National Highway Traffic Safety Administrators and their representatives to discuss rollover crashworthiness and testing. Through these government briefings, CFIR presents research, analysis, and test findings to assist NHTSA in making decisions regarding roof crush resistance, roof crush standards, and injury potential. CFIR also contributes in NHTSA discussions regarding the problem of roof crush as it pertains to static and dynamic rollover testing and causation of injuries as a result of these tests.
